Pigeon Philippines Only Moms Advocacy

Pigeon Only Moms: Breastfeeding Is Best Feeding

August is literally a day from being over, but let me end this month by celebrating breastfeeding month by telling you what I got from Pigeon Only Moms Breastfeeding Advocacy event last August 20th. Pigeon recently launched its Pigeon Only Moms Breastfeeding Advocacy to celebrate the unique and phenomenal ability of moms to breastfeed their babies. I think this kind of advocacy and events is important to have all year round because it really helps moms and dads learn more about breastfeeding and why breastfeeding is #BestFeeding. You’d be surprised to know how many moms (maybe even some of your …

Detail Make Over: Affordable & Cruelty-free Makeup

When my love for makeup started late last year, I seriously didn’t know what I was doing. I honestly spent way too much just because I was trying out different products that would work for the look I’m going for and my skin type. It was only earlier this year that I started reading beauty blogs and watching beauty vloggers on YouTube that I realized it doesn’t have to be expensive for makeup to work for me.  I’ve given away so much makeup (huhu!) but I also learned which ones look good on me. I know for one that using …

New and Improved Cerelac

Nestlé Cerelac: Natural As A Mother’s Love

I started this blog for two reasons: one, to share my journey through pregnancy and motherhood; two, to review and recommend products for babies and kids to moms who may be looking for the best ones they can give to their children. If you’ve been reading the blog since I started, you’d know that when Jacob was 7 months old, we started him off with pureed fruits and vegetables and baby cereal.  One of the products we tried and love is Cerelac! Growing up on Cerelac ourselves, my husband and I were sure that Jacob would love it too. And …

Bespoke and Beyond Rustan's Home & Heart

Rustan’s Mother’s Day Fair with Bespoke and Beyond

Last April 21, I was invited by Rustan’s Home & Heart to check out their Mother’s Day Fair to celebrate, obviously, Mother’s Day, AND their three-month dedication to celebrate everything about and for the family with Home & Heart – A Family Affair. I vlogged about this on our YouTube channel, you can watch that below! The event was like a fancy workshop because, duh, Rustan’s! <3 We were asked to wear vacation style clothes for the event, but I didn’t have any. So I went with my usual buttoned down top and leggings. Nakakasawa, I know, but it’s so …

11th Babypalooza Bazaar May 2016

EVENT: 11th Babypalooza Bazaar (May 14, 2016)

I always feel so giddy when Babypalooza Bazaar makes its announcement for the next bazaar date! At the last bazaar, I got a loooot of things for the boys, pre-loved items at that, that they got to really use until they would not fit anymore. So I’m excited to go again next month because we need new pants and pajamas for the boys. It may sound so cheap of me to not just go ahead and buy new ones at the tiangge in Greenhills. Well, I could just do that, but each pajama pants cost around Php80-90. I got stain-free, …

SMILE TP -STEM Literature

SMILE Group Toddler Summer Workshop 2016

Two weeks ago, a couple of my mommy blogger friends and I were invited to a Toddler Trial Class at SMILE Group. Supposedly, it’s a class for Wacky (Ages 1.5-3 years old), but since he’s not that interested yet with the class activities, Jacob was his proxy. We were there on the mat rin naman the whole time, but he really takes 1.5-2 hours to warm up. It was only by the time the class ended that he was running around and playing. Our plan is to enroll Jacob next month after his reading workshop at The Learning Library. Check out …

Easter At B Hotel QC

Our Fun Easter At B Hotel QC

Jacob was sick two days before Easter, but thank God he was completely healed Saturday night. I actually didn’t prepare our going out things until past midnight when I was sure that he has no sign of sinat. Can I just thank Calpol Philippines for the fever management kit they gave at an event I attended a few months back. It saved me the hassle of going out to the pharmacy AND Jacob actually drank his medicine. He NEVER drinks medicine unless it’s his allergy drops. Calpol really took the fever meds game higher with their formula that my son …
